If I join the Institute, what do I have to do?
The purpose of the Institute is to combine the voices of people who believe that civility is important. By joining, you are helping the Institute become a greater presence within the community, and an influence on the dynamics of the governing process. We trust that you will model civility in your daily life. We hope you will tell others about the work the Institute is doing. We invite you to participate in Institute events, to read newsletters you will receive, and to volunteer for the Institute. Every member makes a difference as we bring greater civility to the public domain.
